Text Box: About the Owners Text Box: Black Diamond Cellars / Marin’s Vineyard is owned and operated by the Wolgamott’s in the beautiful Lockwood Valley of Southern Monterey County of California. Marin Wolgamott was 6 years old when the vineyard was developed, and has assisted in all areas from the development, maintenance, harvesting and label designs.  After all, it’s named after her.  Marin is now competing as a cutter on her horse— Cool Cash Magee. Marin is the only child of some very busy parents, Brenda and Duane Wolgamott.  Brenda and Duane met in 1978 only a few miles from where they currently live.  They married in 1983 while Brenda was completing her degree in Biology/Entomology at Fresno State.    Text Box: Brenda is a wine grape PCA for Soilserv Inc. in King City.  Besides grapes, her interests are golf and horses.  She competes on her cutting horse, Hilda’s Pep (Clark) Text Box: Duane is a Facility Director for the King City Public Schools. Text Box: Another important component to the Marin’s Vineyard Team are the Marin’s Vineyard Guardians (Brenda & Marin’s Dogs).  Lena, Snickers & Gizmo.
